Lowa Beebe. MBA is a proud member of the Piikani/Kainai Nations of the Blackfoot Confederacy and Treaty 7 in Southern Alberta. She is recognized for her work in public relations as an advisor, advocate, and strategist in governance, media, and communications.

Over the years, Lowa has worked extensively with Indigenous communities across Canada, including First Nation, Inuit, and Métis communities. Her areas of expertise encompass Policy, Custom Election Codes, Engagement, Governance, Consultation, Strategic Planning, and more. She has collaborated directly with Chiefs, Council Members, Consultation Offices, Land Administrations, and other key stakeholders in her work.

Lowa has significant experience supporting public sector clients with engagement and Indigenous cultural awareness. Her career includes roles with Xerox Canada, Telus Communications, Assembly of First Nations, Scholastic Canada, Eagle Law Group, and various non-profit organizations.

In addition to her professional work, Lowa has been a sessional instructor at the Dhillon School of Business at the University of Lethbridge, where she taught Indigenous Governance and Business Management. She is a sought-after speaker, facilitator, advisor, consultant, and trainer.

Lowa was educated at Lethbridge Community College and Cape Breton University. She remains highly active in her community, volunteering and advocating for Indigenous rights in Canada.
